- Coordinate and plan activities for all campers.
- works directly with the camp director to provide the best camp experience for growth in academics, social, and personal development.
- Role model for campers in activities.
- Interact with the campers.
- Teach Math, reading, and writing skills.
- Relate to all ages of the campers.
- Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety.
- Provide entertainment and set up related decorations and equipment.
- Meet with staff to discuss rules, regulations, and work-related problems.
- encourage participants to develop their own activities and leadership skills through group discussion.
